Aditi Hospital is a private hospital located in Mulund West, Mumbai, Maharashtra. From a purely Orthopaedic set-up, it has evolved into a Multi-specialty Institution with an employee strength of 250 at present. Calida Connect was approached for an Employee Assistance Program by the hospital’s Chief Human Resources Officer/Acting CEO Mrs. Snehal Gurav.

She stated that they believed Quality is a continuous Journey and not a final destination and strongly encouraged and supported the growth of the employees. The on-board training was on developmental, self-improvement and preventive measure topics highlighting factors such as Improved Professional Etiquettes, Resolving Organisational Conflicts, Professional Coordination and Stress Management using psychometric tools such as Perceived Stress Scale and Conflict Management Styles Assessment. The Program was conducted in the span of 3 days for 76 hospital staff members that included Nurses, Attendants, Receptionists and Admin Department. The group was divided into 3 different batches.
