Team Calida Connect celebrated the International Women’s Day with the Women Employees of Cargill India Pvt Ltd. Cargill is one of the top marketing enterprises that promotes leading consumer brands od edible oils (Nature Fresh, Gemini, Sweekar, Leonardo olive and Sunflower brand of hydrogenated fats).

Their Pune Plant is predominantly operated by women Employees. To honour and celebrate these Women, Cargill had organised a special event on the 8th of March 2022 which is recognised and celebrated all over the world as the International Women’s Day. Calida Connect was approached to participate in this event by presenting an insight on the topic “Psychological Safety of Women in a Workplace”. It was an impactful experience for both the teams of Calida Connect and Cargill India Pvt Ltd.
